This is the second time this year that I have ordered clothing from an Eddie Bauer catalogue via phone and never received the shipments. Seems as if they are blaming USPS and USPS is blaming them for not using a more reliable mailing system for their customers. Eddie Bauer customer service, when contacted via phone, seemed quite apathetic to my situation.They suggested that the next time I order from them I should insure the items and pay for a more expensive delivery system. No thanks! Once bitten twice shy as they say. They've lost a valuable customer who has been buying from them well over the past 10 yrs.!
