I have been at my job for more than 10 years. The benefits decline every year, the pay raises are EXTREMELY minimal, and the job duties are significately increasing every day. This company truly does not take care of their employees. You cannot get a straight answer from anyone reguarding any issues because everyone is afraid to give you an answer without going thru a million channels. Many employees are not happy here but are afraid to speak up or actually can't be bothered to speak up because no one from upper management listens to you or even cares. The bosses from main office live in a dream land. They announce that they come into the stores before they do so the managers put extra employees on dutie to clean up the stores so they can look perfect for the day that we get visited, then the bosses come and see the facade and say good job. when they leave the stores go back to shit until the next visits. What clowns!! Its really a joke. That is the reason why I am leaving and why they have lost so many good employees through the years. Because instead of this company realizing that the best way to a succesfull company is to have satisfied and happy employees, instead they treat shoplifters better than us.
