clusterr cover lens cracked

yesterday I email you about this problem...but said my grand marquis was a 2005...it is a 2002...as states yesterday this problem has happened twice and I fgeel there is a problem in the frame or mold causing the crack...Would this problem be under warranty...since it wasnt fixed the first time
