Earthlinks technical support crashed my computer and they have been promising to refund my $48 membership fee for two months. To hold on to $48 Earthlink are one lousy company.They out source and the people are super polite.But now i think they are yessing me tho death and hope I get fed up with being on the phone so long. Don't be fooled by their adverts. Earthlink, you are not highly valued customers.
