EAR ACHE

when trying to get to sleep, whether the surroundings are noisy or quiet, i get a strange noise and feeling in my ears. Its like a car is driving through my ears and the feeling is like a pressure sort of feeling. I had an ear infection a while ago but though it had cleared up. Their very noise sensitive aswell.
