ok, I'm an idiot. I took my garbage out to the dumpster and one of my neighbors came outside his door as I passed it. I had two bags with me, plus mail to send, so I was hustling. Anyway, this guy/neighbor stayed outside the whole time I walked to the dumpster, mailboxes, and back. When I was close to my condo again, he said, 'I was trying to catch you when you took your garbage out, but you were going too fast'. Me/idiot says, 'oh, well, uh, I had kitty litter in one bag and wanted to get rid of it fast' and then walked right inside my door. how stupid can you be? this is an attractive neighbor who apparently wanted to say more than the usual hi or bye as we pass each other going in or out of here. I'm too shy to go knock on his door, so I'll just have to kick myself in the ass this time.
