i was refered to dr. mitchell simons in ft. thomas ky.. a so called pain doctor. all wants to do for my pain which is severe, is methadone. i told him i did not want this and try something else. well he said, after getting a bad reaction, today i saw him and all he said was methadone. and nothing else. i am bipolar and take alot of meds. and dangerous to take with methadone not right this is my body. and prescribed without my files.
