DISCRIMINATION

I was descriminated again due to my Scottish accent in the Kingston Branch of John Lewis, the staff member was abusive, arrogant and would not assist me in any way as soon as he heard my accent. Complaining to Head Office was pointless as usuall they took the side of the staff and denied this would have happened. Offered the usuall uncaring appology...
