I asked a company named Foreclosure Assistance Solutions to help me in my situation. I spoke to a couple of people from that company. They stated that they could help me to lower my paments on a repayment program i was on with my morgage company. I was suppose to pay 800 dollars a month for one year. The company said they could nagotiate with my morgage company to get that payment lowered. I paid 1200 dollars to aquire their assistance. To date they have done nothing to help my situation. I would advise anyone who hears of this company to never use this company they are scam artists. Because of this companyt i might loose my house to forclouser if I can not come up with money down to get back on the program I was on with my morgage company.
