Dentist scam

My 80 year old sister went to Wrany R. Southard, DDS to have dentures realigned. The dentures were 30 years old. Cost $250.00 to realign. When she went back because of problems she was told the dentures were worn out and she needed new dentures. Being on a limited income they offered her a deal where she could pay them out $50.00 a month and they would apply the $250.00 toward the purchase of the new dentures.She was not told how much the dentures would cost nor anything about interest rates. She asked me to check it out.The dentures were $1500.00 per plate $3000.00 total and the interest rate was 9.9%. I think they should have told her up front that her dentures were not any good but they took her $250.00 which forces her to buy the new dentures from them or loose her $250.00. I called them and told them I thought they should refund her money because they new the dentures were not any good when they realigned them. They refused and I told them I would report them to the Dental Assoc. and the BBB. They told me to do whatever I wanted but they would not refund her money. Later they called my sister and said they would tear up her check.
