Anybody have a problem with Dell Computers? My family purchased a new desktop computer from Dell 16 months ago. The original hard drive failed after having the computer for 5 months. Dell replaced the hard drive, but now the second hard drive has failed after 12 months of use. Dell now refuses to stand behind their products and replace the hard drive or the computer, and, in addition to the rudeness of the customer service rep, wanted to transfer my call to their expired warranty department to speak with a representative for $50!!
