i am still on the telephone with dell. i purchased my computer in 2005 and have had several 'tech' complaints one of which i was charged $100.00 to resolve and spent sveral hours on the phone (6hours @ least!!!)guess what it is still not resolved!!! i have been on the phone for an hour & stil holding-they just do not want to resolve the problem-!!! i was bounced around and talkd to rob-who sd he cld not help me-referred me to tech support!!!! this is the 3rd call and several e-mails later-prblm not resolved-**************do not buy dell computers********************
