Daughters High School

she was attacked in the high school bathroom by a boy who made her do something to him, well the school decided that since the boy said he didn't make her do anything that she was at fault, well then they decide to put a student who has been a A+ student her whole life in alterntive school, so now she is teaching herself, there is no teacher in the class,only a coach who can't teach or help with any problems. THey decided that she should stay in a school for the rest of her 9th grade year, plus to punish me also they decided that I have to take, and pick her up from school, which might not be bad for most people, but my husband lost his job in september, and I have no idea how I am going to get the gas to take her back and forth to school. I wish there was some way for me to fight this, but I just don't know what to do.
