DON'T BUY FROM BEST BUY IF YOU EXPECT GOOD OR EVEN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Recently we bought an appliance from Best Buy and had a problem so we called the service dept to come out. First when he got to our home and show me coming to the door, he automaticaly opened the door before I even invited him in, that's the first complaint. While tring to solve the problem, his company is in business for, and I have a warranty for these issues, he became obnoxious and degrating about the situation saying we should know what to do about the problem. If we knew, we wouldnt have called them.To conclude I ended up kicking him out of my home and putting a complaint in with the Best Buy's Complaint department. Still don't have the problem fixed so I called back and rescheduled with another tech to correct my problem. Guy much nicer, but get this, while servicing, he brings up the first call and takes up for the guy. Told me that everyone thought it was hilarious the first guy got a complaint called in beause supposively he was top dog. According to him I was the joke of the day. They all thought it was funny. What happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE in America? What happened to kindness, wanting to help your fellow neighbor not try to see how little we can do for one another. I will never purchase from BEST BUY again and I encourage anyone that feels that CUSTOMER SERVICE is vitual when they purchase something, even if it's small or large. DON'T PURCHASE from BEST BUY! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Thank you for listening!
