I have been in the customer service industry for at least 15 years, and i have noticed in any kind of business there has been hardly any care or concern for great customer service. I find it so upsetting to go anywhere and get no help if you need it, and if there is someone there to help, they are knowledgable cause they are not properly trained. Where has the care gone?
