credit card wacko

now I work in a credit card customer service center as a phone unit manager, I know credit card companies suck. however, i received a call this afternoon from one of our customers requesting of all things, that we give her money, not remove a fee, or lower her interest, but just credit her account for hundreds of dollars cuz she 'is a good customer' when I denied the request, she continued to belittle and berate me for well over 30 minutes until she stated that she would close her account. After stating that I would still have to decline giving her free money, she then went on to speak to me like I was a child, and that I was being rude and unreasonable. She then requested to speak with my manager. God only knows what is wrong with this woman, but she had to tell me every 5 seconds that she is a millionaire, big friggin woop. thanks for letting me vent
