Credit Card Fraud
Posted Mar 2, 2011 by anonymous | 113 views | 0 comments
Sombody stole my credit card information to place an order with 1-800flowers.com on Nov 9. Fortunately, I check with card transactions everyday. I immediately disputed the charge with my card company and cancelled the card on the 10th. I called 1-800flower.com this morning to request for order information such as receipient, order confirmation email, tracking number, etc. However, they refused to release information because I am not the person to place the order. They have to protect their customers' privacy. I argued that they should release info to me becuause I am the one to be charged for and they should co-operate in order to tackle and avoid credit card fraud. Much to my disappointment, they refused again despite my repeated requests and complaints. I strongly believe this is reidiculous because of 'so-called' customer privacy. I am the victim. Please help flooding complaints to 1-800flower.com. Jose
