Credit Card Finance Charges

Why is it that when Security Service Federal Credit Union charges a finance charge on one's credit card, and they are paid in full, that they keep showing up on the next two or so invoices? Well, I tried and died calling for anwers. Amazingly, going to the any of the branches was just as worthless, they too had to call only to get the run around. Apparently, there's a credit card department out there somewhere. But don't hold your breath looking for it. BEWARE! SSFU is still unaware that there is still a total DISCONNECT etween their customers, local branches
