CPS Kidnapped children

Oct 5th CPS kidnapped my kids. One 21 months and 13yrs old. In North Carolina you need a petition to take them out of the home and they did not. I need help. They gave them to there dads and even they won't let me see them. my e-mail is shebanddj@yahoo.com
