I visited the John Lewis coffee shop on the 2nd floor - had soup and scone - was very nice. I looked around the coffee shop and every condiment set was dirty - dried in food - the edges on the table had dried in food ingrained into them - the tops were clean - the legs of the table were filthy. Took a walk around the crockery dept. the cabinets there are just as dirty - on the inside - someone has taken a dirty rag and tried to clean the cabinets - the shelves on the shop floor were dusty and the marks on the shelves were from the previous dislplays.
