Corrupt school bus driver

My son got kicked of the school bus for telling the school bus driver (outloud) that a girl was taking pictures of him on her cell phone camera, then kissing the phone and rubbing the phone on her breasts. I complained to the bus district, and they said he should of told the bus driver in private. He's 12 years old and they are not allowed to get up from their seat while the bus is moving. He also got kicked of the bus a few weeks ago for defending himself. A kid sitting behind him started violently stabbing him in the head, neck and arms with a Sharpie marker. My kid got up and pushed him into the bus window causing the other boy to get a bump on his head. They both got kicked off the bus for a week.
