CHASE BANK IS A THIEF

We all hear it on TV.. 'NO HIDDEN FEES'....well our darling bank CHASE, apparently has not adopted this policy. Recently I subscribed to their Money program, which I used for THREE years with another bank (who shall remain nameless because their anonimity is a MUTUAL desire),they did not charge me one red cent for using the program. So in an attempt at convenience I switched my account to chase so that I could easily make transfers, as I am an employee who already has a Checking, Credit Card, Home Loan with them (U see where I'm going with this). So one day I'm going through my statement and I see a fee, $9.95, I send a message through the website questioning the fee(which I have not received a response to yet, 18 days and counting)my husband calls a couple of days later and speaks to a rep who tells him, no problem the fees are going to be reversed. Now, I dont' see the fee being reversed. I call today and in an effort to 'better serve me' they advise that NO they will not refund my hard earned $9.95. 'Why not, nowhere on your site does it state there would be a fee?' I ask....alas the punchline you've all been waiting for. THE FEE IS IN THE LEGAL AGREEMENT. WOW..!! Never have I heard of a bank stooping so low to get clients to pay extra for services that other banks give you for free. The fees being in the 'FINE PRINT' is deceitful and sneaky. Heed my warning. DO NOT ACTIVATE QUICKEN OR MONEY WITH CHASE. Once activated there is NO way to deactivate it unless you CALL them. Regretfully yours. Client no more.
