It's so hard not to hate control freaks, especially when they are among your birth family. I think it stems from jealousy. The eldest being jealous because they can never be happy with what they have so whenever something good happens to someone else they get all twisted and mangled inside. Out pops the jealousy and they can't live with themselves until they get revenge. They go after anyone not just the sibling. A friend can be hated if they seem to be doing better. Everything is judged by what they think they deserve or what they don't have. If I don't have it neither can you, sort of thing. I didn't act that way as a child so you shouldn't let your children do. Oh, you are getting a new RV. pssst guess who is getting a new RV? If they get the RV I wanted I'm going to tell them I saw it first and I don't appreciate your getting it first. It was the one I wanted. You can't be much of a friend. I'm the one who showed it to you. Why does other people get by with sueing someone and we didn't get anything for our accident. Why do you have it in for someone who mistreats you?
