contractors who love to take your money up front and rip you off in the process, once they have your money they can care less. they do half ass jobs and try to blame someone else.the contractor i had insisted his company needs to have up front money, if you ever have one tell you that tell him/her to go to hell.also check the local laws about contractsor contractors.if new to the area do not use him/her, also have a consultant reveiw your contract before you sign it.
