Bad service

Went to Frankine and Benny's restaurant, it wasn't busy but the service was rubbish, we waited 20 minutes to order drinks, then another 20 minutes before they came to the table. One of our party found a bit of plastic in his steak so all in all a bad experience. they knocked 65% off the bill, which saved us 75 GBP but we'll still never go back there.
