This airline not only lost my luggage, but they forced me to stay in a flea bag hotel in Houston, TX b/c they missed the leg to my flight. I needed to get home. They sent me there with a food voucher, but there was nowhere to use it and nowhere around to eat. I had no transportation. This hotel room smelled so bad that the smell was waking me up. I've NEVER had a smell wake me up in my life; I'm a heavy sleeper. Since they lost my luggage, I had no clothes to change into, I did not have my medication. I had nothing but the business suit on my back to sleep in, and no toothbrush or anything. (This flea bag hotel did not have a toothbrush or toothpaste). I called Continental in tears and they did nothing. I told them I was hungry. They would not even refund my money...not even a portion of it. They cited the no-refund policy. Worst experience with an airline ever.
