Why do firms think they can con us? I have been trying to get an overcharged amount refunded since last August but with no success. I ordered printer ink catridges from box-shift.co.uk who i have previously used for a long time but on my last order they took the amount out of my bank account twice on the same day and since then have not used the company. I would recommend that you never use this company or it may happen to you?????????????
