Clarks shoe shops

My complaint may seem trivial to some, but I want to complain about the fact that Clarks shoe shops have withdrawn their ordering service. I am a carer for my brother, who has very small but wide feet. Clarks shoe shops rarely stock his size, but we have always been able to order them. Now they have withdrawn this facility. To add insult to injury, I wrote a letter to them complaining about this, and the response I received was completely inadequate and failed completely to address my concerns! so, basically, I want to complain a) about Clarks' withdrawal of their ordering service and b) about the standard of the complaints responses!
