city, state and fed jobs

I live in New yOrk City..... There are always city, state and fed jobs being posted for test.... I took a test back in January 2006 for the Correction Officer and never received the score of my test. Also, years ago my parents took the Toll operator test and not only were they not given their scores... (both of them) At the time toll operators were being laid off..... My opinion is that is the way New York City makes their money by running test that no one is going to be called. 35-50 to take a test........ I want my money back!
