Cingular's Billing Department

I went way over my minutes with Cingular and had a bill of over 300 dollars. It is taken out automatically out of my checking account. The next month with still lots of usage, my bill was over $100.00 again taken out of my checking account. I got to looking at my bill closely and had some questions and called their billing department. One of my questions was I had over a thousand roll over minutes: Why weren't they used instead of charging me? They told me that it was an oversight and they would credit my account and that I had a credit due of around 200.00. Well, guess what? I get another bill and YEP, I owe them money and they've taken it out of my account again. I called and they said they had not gotten the credit into the computer yet. Duh, don't they do everything right then on the computer? This was my June bill over $300.00 and July was over $100 and August was normal charges but they have over charged me by over $200.00 and have NOT given me a credit but they are still charging me. I am very upset. I have called them and they give me excuses. HELP. Can anyone help me? Has anyone else had this problem? ONe thing I am doing is NOT having it paid automatically as then they can't keep charging me. And I can deduct the credit I'm due as the bills come in. I guess I could call the Better Business Bureau or Telecommunications type complaint place. Thanks for listening. I'm taking action today to get this resolved with Cingular but I wanted to complain about them and let others beware!! And to get some tips on how to avoid this crap in the future. Thanks, Bonnie
