cingular will drop you on the nation wide plan if you are offnetwork more than 50 % of time. You have no recourse and will have to buy new phones with new carrier and pay activation fees as well as lose all roll over minutes. we were terminated and then the phone started showing offnetwork after termination. You can't cancell early without cancellation fee charge but there is no recourse for us as a customer for them cancelling us. Their should be a class action suit for their sneaky & deceptive contracts.
