Trying to get reimbursed for a Doctors visit, Cigna continually lied,stating they had not recieved any paper work - fortunately I keep accurate records and had faxed documents; with reciept of proof, sent documents via mail; sent cerified so they had to sign for them - again proof that they had recieved them. After much yelling at them I finally got my money, only took 8 months to get through to a supervisor, who managed the process and I got my check in 3 days!
