backing music on drama programs

why do you have the backing music so loud that it drowns out the diolog to a point where you don't know what is going on ,and many a time it is totaly uncalled for and spoils the enjoyment of what would be a very interesting program, it would be much appreciated by many of your viewers I'm sure if we could hear the diolog regards Robert Heyes
