Chase Bank is AWFUL

Chase has to be the WORST bank. I want to redeed the CD account that was created online several years ago, with Wingspan Bank. Wingspan became Bank One, Bank One became Chase. I must call within the 10-day period of time, even though I will be out of the country. I cannot make these arrangements ahead of time, as I have done with other banks. Also, Chase is the WORST offender in sending me unsolicited credit card applications. Even though I have put my SSN on the list of not wanting unsolicited credit card offers, they send the offers anyway.
