i recently applied for a career development loan and have been refused ,i do not know on what grounds i was refused ,to get the job i want i need to borrow £3000 i cannot get help as i am unemployed i feel i am in a catch 22 situation i cant get a good enough job to get ahead in the world and make a worthy contribution to society ,all the help i was told i would get i cant have because i dont earn enough how is someone supposed to get out of a rut in this society
