Castle Windows

I bought Castle windows based solely on the fact the salesman, Dan Young Sr. told my wife and myself that they are not replacements but the ENTIRE window. Mr. Dan Young Sr. is a LIAR plain and simple. I take full responsiblity for my own mistake in signing a contract that I only 'skimmed' over. But the LIAR sales 'person' assured us serveral times that we were getting FULL REPLACEMENTS (i.e.: new contruction) and not like the cheap replacements sold at Home Depot or Lowe's. When I called the morning of installation (when I found out the truth) and asked I was patronized like I'm a little kid and it was quickly pointed out the contract as a legal and binding agreement. The way I see it is, if you need to talk legal-eze without even trying to make a resolution, you've been here before and you're used to 'screwing' folks over. The windows themselves are very nice, well made and better than most. Installation crew was professional and knew what they were doing. They even replaced more wood then they really had to. One was completely replaced without me having to 'make' them do it. Clean and respectful to my family. The crew was great. OK, now if you read this far pay attention to this. My windows are average size (40x32[?]) and I have 15 of them. I paid $450 each. The installation crew told me that was slightly lower than average. So, if you want Castle Windows (really not a bad product) low ball the sales 'person' and try to get lower than $400 (installed). If your sales person is Dan Young Sr., tell'em Brad sez he sucks! If it's Dan Young Jr., tell'em his dad sucks! READ 'ALL' YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN!!! Dan Young Sr. SUCKS! Have A Great Day!
