hire a car with baby seat in spain. was not only overcharge 30 euros xtra from contract hold but also the baby seat was not the appropriate size for the baby but also have to go to the storage area to find one and have to fitted my self. when complaint the administrator not only refused to provide the hire car already booked in the uk but was rude and agressive.
