Capital One Doesn't Care about Good Customers!

I paid my Capital One Bill IN FULL each month for 4 years -- average bill of $1,000. Yet they refused to raise my limit when my charges went over my limit due to bills for my daughter's upcoming wedding. I had not even RECEIVED the bill. Even worse, I was charged $14.95 to pay the bill in full over the telephone. The following month, I was advised that my limit had been increased. Too late, mate.
