Cancel Magazines

A magazine agency contacted me concerning a good deal on some magazines. When I got the first payment it more than I agreed with. I sent the statement back to cancel and they said that it was to late after 10 days. I tried to pay for awhile. I had to stop payment on my bank card and wrote and told them to cancel that I can longer pay their prices. I wanted to return to school and I wasn't working at the time. They still said no and continue to call and harrass me. I returned every magazines received after that and now they said that I am two months behind and getting ready to turn it over to the credit bureau.
