a friend of mine wants me to collect on a home I suggested she keep for investment purposes because it's on the water in a decent neighborhood, 5 bedroom, 4 baths, pier, enclosed pool with seperate jacuzzi. I don't want to insult her by asking for something on paper for me. she offered $50 each time to collect to rent and put it in the bank for her. she's on her way to retirement already at age 45. any thoughts on this matter would be appreciated.
