Brother step sister

Back when I was 11 I was sitting with my step sister who was about 6-7 watching T.V . she was laying down, and then I air humped her about 3 or 4 times . She did not tell on me immediately. But about a half a year later she told her dad and my mom, but they believed me over her . Not to long after that they had a violent divorce due to money issues; I no longer have contact with her or her father. Something has triggered this memory i have repressed for a few years, and i feel so much guilt because what if it has ruined her life. I don't know what to do with myself. *please note : NO sex was involved .
