have had 3 appointments to have gas meter changed to card meter 3 people have been round to fit meter & all said the same they cant do it. everytime i ring british Gas i am kept on line waiting for at least 20mins before i speak to anyone. Then they tell me it can be changed so they arrange another appointment so i have to sit in just to be told that they cant change the meter.
