Where do I start - they were late, difficult to contact, they damaged our property, got the measurements wrong, bits were missing, bits were fitted incorrectly, the fitters didn't speak english, the over charged us, charged extra for works not needed. Is that enough? oh it took longer than it should have and now I'm going to try to get some compensation but i'm not holding my breath!
