B&Q delivery

B&Q delivery completely crap. You order something online then they give you a few dates to choose from in like a months time. The date comes and you take a day off from work to wait for delivery. The day passes ever so slowly. Nothing arrives, you ring up, 'oh it hasnt been dispatched, we'll get someone to ring you back tomorrow'.......Two days later YOU ring them back, they give you another delivery date in a months time. Sodd that!
