I Worked in a hospital for many years a man came in said he had butt problems he got a big idea to insert the 2 liter bottle up his butt when asked how he got it there he responded a lot of practice but the dumb ass for got about one thing the power of suction needless to say he then needed a doctor he never had a plan if something went wrong not to mention i don't think that's why the 2 liter bottle was invented
