Bolens BL150 17' cut 31cc trimmers are junk, being sold by Lowes. They give you a 800 number to call 1-800-526-5520 and that refers you to 1015-15-800 @ a cost of $4.99 per minute + fed taxes fees etcs + adminstration fees. What a rip off. shame on you Lowes for selling such a piece of junk.
