bluetooth is big lemon

I bought a plantronics bluetooth from radio shack with a warranty for an extra 20.00 bucks and the swivel broke.(Due to bad engineering).Anyway the plantronics company will not honor the warranty and radio shack will not refund me my 20.00 warranty money.I am out 90.00 and they do not care.I am mad at them both......Debbie G.
