Bell Canada our phone company use to rule canada for years. now they don't. and the have, as a compnay as a hole, are horrible. min. of 45 wait, to even pay a simple bill. try to find a person that speaks english is unheard of in the company. I had my net, my phone, my cell, my 3 adult childrens's cells, and our t.v's all under bell. that lasted an entire month or less. I strongly advise them to know longer call themself bell. As Mr. G. Bell the founder would be want his name taken off immmediatly. For decades Bell was a good company, well they were the only ones we were 'allowed' to hava a phone line with. Now everytime I have to call, or did, (I am now with a much more hounorable company) I knew I would spend 1/2 a moring just trying to get through. there should be a law that they must drop the name Bell as they are now dirt....have no idea on how to be human. their new name should be called 'anyone with less then grade 5 needed apply. Managers needed. Urgent. and you must not speak clear english.................................and those that do speak clear english, if you do work for bell, how can you respect yourself.
