try to get something resolved at blindtogo. i bought $1200 worth of roman shades. after sending them back four times. they finally gave me back my $$$$.there are no returns..the manager was great and tried to help but the factory cant seem to get it right>>> they promise 2 days delivery but that doesnt mean it will be right!!!!
