A website based scam from an Internet Cafe address in Manchester, England selling a horse racing 'system' of copyrighted material via an E -book 'Racing To Riches'. Don't be scammed, the material is a worthless concoction initially a U.S. publication with edited text to include several copyrighted horse racing systems from a reputable U.K. Horse Racing site and which in themselves been altered from the original to wild claims of profit obtainable.
